We study how viral exposures reshape immune reconstitution after HSCT, CAR-T therapy, and other advanced cellular treatments. Using longitudinal high-dimensional immune profiling, we map immune trajectories and identify signatures associated with key clinical outcomes. Computational models integrate viral kinetics with immune dynamics to guide precision monitoring and therapeutic decision-making.
Acute leukemia provides a key model for understanding therapy-driven immune remodeling. We examine how treatment strategies and the evolving immune landscape shape disease outcomes, and explore immunotherapy approaches aimed at strengthening antileukemic immunity and improving long-term survival.
We integrate HSCT, CAR-T, and additional immune-based approaches to develop multimodal therapeutic strategies aimed at improving long-term disease control in hematologic malignancies.
